Pilates with Lucy - Class Information

Classes held for the East of England Synchronized swimming talent development squad, Norwich synchroized swimming club and regional development days as required. Swimmers are aged between 7-20years old.

Land training held for Leiston and district swimming club as required.

Pilates classes at Leiston children's centre
Every Wednesday 6-7pm and 7:15-8:15pm. All classes are block booked. Blocks generally coincide with school holidays. Booking essential.

Every Monday at 6pm. All classes are block booked. Blocks generally coincide with school holidays. Booking essential.

Every Thursday at 4.15pm. All classes are block booked. Blocks generally coincide with school holidays. Booking essential.
